SELECTION AND TRAINING - Southwest Group Protective Services considers selection and training the foundation of protecting lives and property. Our strict selection process ensures only the highest caliber of Personal Protection Officers (PPO) are selected to be part of our team. Every PPO, regardless of their level of experience, must complete our Advanced Personal Protection Officer Course. This ensures team cohesion on each and every security detail. This complete process ensures professionalism and “grace under pressure”. Training is provided to our Professionals in Emergency Vehicle Operations, Emergency First Aid, and CPR (to include AED).
