Our experienced staff has Law Enforcement background, giving us excellent liaisons with Law Enforcement and other emergency services agencies. To assist you with these claims we are specialist at locating witnesses, conducting background checks (both civil and criminal) securing photos and video, and obtaining statements and affidavits. Pre-Employment Backgrounds
Southwest Protective Services offers pre-employment screening of potential employees. Know if a candidate is a convicted sex-offender, has a violent criminal background or has been convicted of theft, fraud or other crimes.
Verify resumes, social security numbers and other background information.
If necessary, interviews with co-workers, neighbors, etc., can be conducted to determine the suitability of a potential employees personality and reputation.
Pre-Employment Integrity Interviews
If your company must only hire honest, trustworthy employees, turn to Southwest Group Protective Services. Federal law, except for a very narrow set of circumstances, no longer allows pre-employment Polygraphs. We offer a pre-employment integrity interview designed to determine the truthfulness of information given by your applicant regarding reasons for; past job separations, financial background, previous drug and alcohol use, driving records, etc., and to determine the appropriateness of the applicants personality, attitude and communication abilities to your requirements.
Executive Dossiers
Southwest Group Protective Services can provide your company with a complete dossier of a potential executive or any other person. Verify previous addresses, corporate affiliations, and real property ownership. Uncover liens, bankruptcies and judgments. This report also generally can list associated persons, professional licenses, UCC filings, bankruptcies, and other critical information.
